Is CBD Legal ...

CBD is federally legal in the United States — thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill — as long as it’s derived from hemp and not from marijuana, and contains .3% THC or less. Some states have different restrictions and do not permit any trace of THC. Some Worx Essential products are made from CBD isolate derived from organic, U.S.-grown hemp and contain zero THC.
